Terms of Service

Welcome to BuzzNxt Media. By engaging with our digital marketing services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to BuzzNxt Media.
• “Client” refers to any individual, business, or entity that engages with the Company for services.
• “Services” refer to social media management, content creation, paid advertising, branding, SEO, website development, or any related work performed by BuzzNxt Media.

2. Scope of Work

All deliverables and timelines shall be outlined in a written proposal or agreement, which will be considered final once approved by the Client via email or in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are exclusive of GST or other applicable taxes as per Indian laws.
• No refunds are issued once the work has commenced or content strategy has been shared.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The Client shall provide all necessary access, content, approvals, and inputs within agreed timelines.
• The Company is not liable for delays caused due to non-cooperation or delayed approvals from the Client’s end.
• The Client is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and authenticity of the content shared by them.

5. Intellectual Property

• All creative assets produced by BuzzNxt Media remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
• Once paid, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their brand only.

6. Liability Disclaimer

BuzzNxt Media shall not be held responsible for:

• Any losses due to platform algorithm changes, ad disapprovals, or account suspensions.
• Third-party actions such as hosting issues, social media platform errors, or outages.
• Any direct, indirect, or incidental losses incurred by the Client due to marketing outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, including strategies, budgets, and customer data. This clause survives even after the termination of the contract.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice via email.
• In such cases, the Client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms

BuzzNxt Media reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
